The self-employed and un-insured have a difficult time finding affordable health care coverage these days. The pitfall that they often fall into is in looking for a plan based on price alone. Then, once they have to use the plan, they discover that it does not have near the coverage that they need. With that in mind, here are some ways that you can identify a health care plan that is less than acceptable.

Affordable? There is sometimes a difference between the use of the word ‘affordable’ and the reality of that term. Taking a closer look at the plans that are offered, there is no discernable difference in coverage over some other plans.

Unlimited costs. If there is no ceiling placed on out-of-pocket costs in the plan offered, you could be hit with unending charges. You might also encounter policies that do not have a co-payment for doctor’s visits or prescription drugs that apply to the maximum. If you find yourself with a condition that requires constant office visits to monitor your progress, these costs will mount up quickly.

Category limitations. The opposite of the above would be limits on certain types of treatments that leave you with higher costs. For example, hospital and outpatient medical procedures, and imaging type of tests. If you must accept some limitations, make sure that they are on things like rehabilitation, medical equipment and mental health care.

Left out for a reason. Looking through the offerings of a given policy tells what is covered and what is not. But you also need to ask about things that are not listed. They might not be listed for a reason: they are not covered. And, unfortunately, it might be that way by design. Bring it up before you sign up.

Red flag words. Advertisements that use the words “not major medical insurance” or “limited benefits” are cautionary terms that should cause you to avoid the policy. If you are expecting full coverage, then you will find that these policies are less than adequate and at best are only appropriate as a supplemental plan.

Coverage Limits. Limits in coverage of $100,000 or less should be avoided. Major medical operations can easily surpass these caps. Heart attacks, strokes and even cancer which requires major surgery are the top medical procedures and will exceed these limits quite easily.

Low premiums with a price. These so called “affordable” premiums come from companies that require you to be healthy while they provide coverage that is thin from the start The better approach is to begin your search from the best polices available and then move down to the more affordable ones. With this method, you will be able to avoid coverage that is inadequate.

Small details. Sometimes the small details can be just as dangerous as the large. Be on the watch for things like policies that do not begin coverage until the second day of your hospital stay. Consider that your most expensive charges usually happen on the first day (surgeries and procedures). If you have a policy like this, then you will not be covered for those amounts.

Examine health insurance policies very carefully before signing up. You would do well to consult with an independent insurance agent who knows health policies and can direct you to a policy that fits your circumstances.

By: Elizabeth Williams

About the Author:

When it comes to health care plans, individual health insurance offers a wide array of options to meet you and your family’s needs.

No matter whether you have lost your health benefits due to termination of employment, whether you are seeking supplemental insurance to fill coverage gaps, whether you are a student, whether you are looking for temporary health coverage, whether you are seeking a Medicare insurance provider, or even if you are running your own small business, there are health care plans individuals, families, as well as businesses can enroll in.

Though group insurance plans offered through pre-tax deductions from an employer’s paycheck are traditionally less expensive than buying your own insurance, for millions of people, group insurance is not on option.

Fortunately, there is a plan out there for everyone. You can pay higher premiums with lower deductibles or you can pay lower premiums with higher deductibles. You can find plans that offer prescription drug coverage and plans that don’t. You can find plans that offer maternity coverage and plans that don’t. You have greater control over health care plans individually offered by private health insurance providers.

Private insurance gives you the freedom to drop your coverage and subscribe to new plans anytime you want, due to the nature of the free market. As an employee, you are only allowed to change your insurance options once per year, unless you have a “life-changing event”. And your coverage is not dependent upon who is your employer. And that too, you are only allowed to choose from a handful of health care plans. Individual, private insurance offers you more freedom and flexibility to choose.

Not sure which one is right for you? Compare health plans now and get a free insurance quote.

Individual Health Care Plans – When Buying Your Own Private Health Care is Your Only Option

By: Howard Kaufman

About the Author:

Is Obama’s health care plan about to go the way that Hillary’s health care plan did? Ah, the plans of mice and men. George Bush had such grand plans for his presidency and then along came the bombing of the twin towers. After the Democratic Convention in 2004, Obama began to formulate dreams about his future presidency, but first of all he had to get past Hillary which may prove to have been the easier task than getting through the financial meltdown.

Is anyone getting the message here that we might not be in control of everything?

The upfront tab could reach $1.2 trillion to $1.5 trillion over 10 years, while expected savings from wringing waste and inefficiency from the health care system may take longer to show. Details of the health legislation have not been written, but the broad outlines of the overhaul are known. Economists and other experts say the $634 billion that Obama’s budget sets aside for health care will pay perhaps half the cost.

And guess who would pay for the other half!

Obama is hoping the Senate comes up with a bipartisan compromise that would give him political cover for disagreeable decisions to raise more money, such as taxing some health insurance benefits. In the 2008 campaign, Obama went after his Republican presidential rival, Arizona Sen. John McCain, for proposing a large-scale version of that idea. Concerns about costs could spill over in the coming week when the Senate Finance Committee holds a hearing on how to pay for coverage. Committee leaders hoping to have a bill before the full Senate this summer must first convince their own members that it won’t break the bank.

Obama criticized his chief Democratic presidential rival, Hillary Rodham Clinton, for proposing that everyone in the U.S. be required to have medical insurance. Yet such a mandate probably will be in what Congress puts together because requiring individuals to pay would lower federal costs. For Obama, there are no easy ways to pay for health care. Options include raising other taxes, cutting deeply into Medicare payments to providers, or phasing in the expansion of coverage for the uninsured — beyond his four-year term.

Meanwhile a half million people a month are losing their jobs! Hello!

By: Ernie Fitzpatrick

About the Author:

A good health care plan is critical to your family’s overall health. With it, you’re more likely to get regular checkups and treat health problems when they’re small and manageable.

Many people get their health care plan through their employer. But if you’re unemployed, self-employed, or work for a small company that doesn’t offer insurance, this is not an option available to you. So where can you find a discount health care plan and what should you look for in a plan?

Where to Find a Discount Health Care Plan

The best place to begin your search for discount health care plans is on your computer. By going to an insurance comparison website, you can get fast and accurate rate quotes from multiple insurance companies. First, you’ll fill in a form with information about yourself and your health care needs. Then you’ll receive quotes that you can review and compare in order to choose the one that’s best for you.

The best insurance comparison websites also offer a chat feature so you can get answers to any questions you may have, plus get advice on how to lower your insurance premium, from an insurance expert (see link below).

What Kind to Look for in an Insurance Quote

When you review your quotes, you’ll of course look at the cost of the insurance. But you also want to look at what you’re paying for. For example, you don’t want to choose the cheapest quote only to find that your physician is not on the approved list.

Some items you should check include:

* Whether you have the freedom to choose your physician or must select from a list. If you select from a list, is your physician on that list?

* What diagnostic and preventive care the plan includes. Are regular checkups included? Do you get prescription drug coverage?

* How are emergency procedures covered?

* Who determines the type of treatment needed – your doctor or the insurance company?

* Can you consult a specialist when needed or will you need a referral first?

Think about what ‘s important to you and then choose a plan with the best price that best meets your needs.

Visit http://www.LowerRateQuotes.com/health-insurance.html or click on the following link to get discount health care plan quotes from top-rated companies and see how much you can save. You can also get more insurance tips there.

The authors, Brian Stevens and Stacey Schifferdecker, have spent 30 years in the insurance and finance industries, and have written a number of articles on discount health care plans.

By: ryan@thesatellitetvguide.com

About the Author:

Obama’s Health Care Plan:

Views of Both Sides

By: Angelina Springs and Samuel Scott

Barack Obama’s health care plan reaches out to help all people. The plan is broken down into three parts: quality and affordable, lowering costs in the health care system, and making public health stronger. Let’s take a look at the good and the bad of each part.

Obama plans to create a health insurance plan much like Medicaid, except it will be open to people who do not have insurance under an employer and small companies who do not have a private plan of their own. The government will create a “National Health Insurance Exchange,” which means the government will sell insurance to people who are not able to get insurance through an employer. It will also be mandatory that parents get full coverage for their children whether the insurance is private or public. Children will be allowed to be under their parents’ insurance until 25 years of age. Insurance plans that are already created, such as Medicaid and Chip, will also be expanded and more flexible as far as eligibility. This quality plan will insure that people can transport their insurance over to the next job, but only when it is purchased through the “National Health Insurance Exchange” or the new public plan that would be created. Unlike McCain, Obama will see that everyone is covered by a mixture of government and private plans, not just by one single plan.

Americans will be able to choose their own doctor and other insurance companies will be more beneficial without the government getting in the way. It is understood that not many Americans want to give up their private health care plans, so it is important for Obama to increase the number of private health care plans. Obama has required that all medium and large companies provide coverage or they have to pay a tax. He will extend tax credits to people who cannot afford to pay their premiums. A “Small Business Health Tax Credit” will be created for small businesses. It guarantees small businesses a refund up to 50 percent in tax credits. They must offer their employees quality insurance and pay a decent portion of the employees’ health premiums. Of course with all good things come bad things. Since Obama’s main concern is to get everyone health insurance, he must spend an ample amount of money a year to ensure that everyone will be able to afford a good private plan or be able to get a public plan. It would cost Obama $50 billion to $67 billion a year if the plan is implemented fully. This imposes an important question. Where will Obama get the money to pay for this if we are already in a huge deficit?

Obama says that he will control costs, if not reduce costs with his health care plan. The people want to know how? By expanding government control on health care, he believes that costs will decrease. If the government reinsures employers health care plans, the costs that employers pay will go down. The bad thing about this is that the cost is not going away. It is just being shift from the employer to the government. How can the government spend money that they do not have? The government could just keep borrowing money as they’ve done in the past, but sooner or later they are going to have to pay the money back. The positive aspect of this idea is that Obama is trying to strengthen laws so that insurance companies cannot over charge physicians and lower patient visit costs. The investment he puts into health information technology also is making progress towards lowering costs. The process is moving along slowly, but surely. The insurance markets would be made competitive to promote more competition to companies and Obama would set a price floor for insurers. Obama also plans to legalize the import of medications from drug companies. He also wants generics to be competitive on the market. If Obama encourages the use of generics than it will be harder for drug companies to give generics money to stay off the market. Obama must first control the cost before he can do anything about lowering them. With these containment ideas, it seems as if Obama is going to do a fine job of just that. It is not going to be easy to get control of the costs. One way would be to use your political authority to your advantage over the key stakeholders. Obama does not agree with this because the key is to get the stakeholders on your side not against you.

Obama emphasizes how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He alone cannot make the change. The people of America must also get involved and realize that health is very important. They have to know that eating the right foods, exercising, and not smoking is imperative to sustaining a healthy lifestyle. Employers can help by offering health programs and having nutritious food in the cafeteria. The school systems can also contribute by making the school lunches healthier. Obama and Biden will work together to get more health programs and clinical services for the schools. They also will provide financial support for physical education. Not only will they provide financial support for schools, but also for the workforce to. They will increase funding, which will include grants, training to improve working conditions, etc.

The big question here is how will all of this affect the economy? The economy will be affected in so many ways. The rate of health care inflation would actually increase due to the significant amount of money it would take to fund such an endeavor. This means that the government would have to intervene even more than before. The United States government has already subsidized funding to help rebuild the crashing mortgage situation and is currently being looked to, to repair the financial hits that the automobile industry has endured. Government’s support of these plunging areas of the economy does not leave very much room in support of implementing a “universal” healthcare plan. An immediate outlook for the economy will probably show that Obama’s healthcare plan is one that is much needed but given the many debts the country is already in it will be hard. However, finding a healthcare solution that incorporates a larger portion of United States citizens especially children, will in the long run be an investment that will be advantageous. Increasing the number of people regularly visiting the doctor and taking care of smaller health issues will cause the overall health of society to improve; obesity in children will decrease. Additionally, think of a situation when a mother who has no health insurance has to take their child to the emergency room because of a broken arm. Some families don’t have to worry about this issue as much because they just pay their co-pay, but for a family with no insurance, paying the emergency room bill can make it impossible to pay this month’s rent or pay for the electric bill. Individual families as well will spend less money per year funding healthcare, “The Lewin Group projects that the average savings per family would be $426 per year.” The money that is saved from spending on healthcare is money that can be allocated toward other areas of the market which will stimulate the economy.

Obama’s healthcare initiative is one that is setting the bar extremely high for this country, but also a plan that strives to reach not only those who can afford healthcare but those who deserve it, which is every citizen. As many aspects of the free market are extremely flexible, the medication market has become too focused on money and not what’s in the best interest of the people, Obama states, “In the richest nation on Earth, it is simply not right that the skyrocketing profits of the drug and insurance industries are paid for by the skyrocketing premiums that come from the pockets of the American people.” A healthcare system that incorporates the great majority instead of the minority shows that this system presents many positives. Countries around the world have used some type of publicly funded healthcare system for as many as 100 years. France, for instance, has had an established and well-working universal healthcare system for quite some time and their life expectancy for citizens increases more than three months each year. Additionally, French women have the second highest life expectancy rate in the world. There is evidence that this type of system has proven highly practical and functional in other countries. As the economy is in dismay, Obama’s healthcare plan may seem overwhelming and one that might be temporarily pushed to end of the “to-do” list in his first year in office, but an initiative that should be pushed in the limelight because it will eventually become a solution for the many short-comings that America faces as far as finance, health and general livelihood.

By: Angelina Springs

About the Author:

All the people who have a health care plan are usually quite happy with their plan. There are a great variety of health care plans currently available to people and all of these health insurance programs have different conditions for their use. Some health care plans provide service to the members, but they must use certain physicians and hospitals. These plans are often annoying to people because they know of a great doctor, but they have no choice. Luckily other medical care programs allow the patient to choose their doctors and hospitals which people prefer.

Some people have health care plans that are partially paid for by their employers. Usually the people with this type of insurance plan do not have to pay as much as some of their friends. Most workers would love to have some of the costs paid for by their employers. Although some of these people would not be able to pay for health insurance without the help of their company, in another job they might not have a choice. Most of the insurance plans allow for coverage of the immediate family.

Some Health Care Plans Are Better Than Others

Some health care plans require that a member pays a certain amount of money out of their pocket before they are covered. These plans might end up being a big expense. Other medical plans require that each member pays a certain portion of their bills from their own pockets. Some insurance plans only pay if the patient suffers from a catastrophic event. Some medical plans are very slow paying their customers. Members often leave these companies, but they often have to wait a period of time before they can change to another company.

All of the health plans are different in some respects. Some pay one hundred percent of the costs of an illness while others only pay eighty percent. Some health care plans pay for things like substance abuse treatments and home medical care while others do not pay for these things. Some of these plans include costs for dental work while others do not pay for the dentists. Vision screening and glasses are covered in the plans of some people while others must have separate insurance to cover these costs or pay out of their own pocket. A good plan can contribute significantly to the welfare of the member.

By: Roland Jefferson III

About the Author:

The health care plan that President Obama has proposed will do nothing to solve our health care crisis. All the plan will do is help those who now have sickness or diseases to help them pay for their treatment and prescription drugs. Now you might say well that’s what it should do, shouldn’t it? Well you [...]

The health care plan that President Obama has proposed will do nothing to solve our health care crisis. All the plan will do is help those who now have sickness or diseases to help them pay for their treatment and prescription drugs.

Now you might say well that’s what it should do, shouldn’t it? Well you are right it will help do that but that doesn’t solve our health care crisis. The only thing that will finally solve that problem is education.

What I mean by that is you need to teach people what they must do to be healthy and stay healthy. My proposal is to establish health learning centers in various cities all over the country.

In those learning centers people would learn about healthy diet procedures, proper exercise, weight control, stress management and mind control. The staff that would run these centers would be people who would be highly qualified to teach the various methods of good health care practices.

I know however that this is probably a proposal that will never come about because of such strong resistance from Big Pharma, the medical community and even Congress. It seems the biggest reason it won’t is because creed is more important to them then our citizen’s health condition.

I become very angry and saddened that this kind of attitude has become part of our culture today. As a senior citizen I can remember in the past when the government and the medical community were more caring then today. As for as Big Pharma their existence was barely known back then.

Just yesterday, July 1st, I watched President Obama’s address at the town hall meeting in Annandale, Virginia. I usually don’t listen to any of his rhetoric because he is just like the typical politician that, I don’t believe, has the interest in our beliefs at heart.

However I turned on CNN while I was having lunch to see what the latest news was and they happened to be carrying this town hall meeting.

After listening for a while, I was about ready to turn off the TV but when he was ready to open up questions from the audience I decided to stay tuned. What really caught my attention was a lady in the audience who they had given a microphone to her to ask a question.

With tears in her eyes and difficulty talking she relayed to the President her sad story about her sickness and her inability to pay for her medical insurance or doctor visits. I never really heard the seriousness of her ailment because she was so distraught she had difficulty talking clearly.

Then Mr. Obama had her come close to him, hugged her and assured her that her problem would be taken care of by his illustrious health care plan. His remarks even made me sick at my stomach because of the great things he said it would do for everyone.

His ineffective health care plan is no more than a band aid treatment for her ailment or anyone else which is the same kind of band aid treatments anyone gets from their doctor and Big Pharma every day.

According to her, whatever her ailment was to begin with, she now has other ailments to contend with which are even bigger problems than the ones she started out with.

So here is just one person in several million whom are crying out for solutions to their health problems and still not getting the right answers to solve them. And as I previously stated, health education is the only answer to solve people’s illnesses and diseases.

Since I believed the government, Big Pharma or the medical community will never help solve this gigantic health crisis, I and many others who preach alternative healing methods are left with the duty to spread their beliefs far and wide.

I can tell you this; I will never quit preaching my beliefs as long as I am physically and mentally able to do so. It’s my strong passion and I spread my beliefs in my website, my blog, my 6-lesson ECourse and many articles I write and submit to directories.

Just recently I heard Mr. Obama say that because Big Pharma is interested in his health care plan, they are willing to invest $80 billion to support it. I find that real interesting. Do you believe that they are really interested in solving America’s health problem or are their interest in what they might get in return for their investment?

I know what I believe – what do you believe? I would be interested in your comments.

By: Sonny Julius

About the Author:

First of all the types and number of services available under a specific healthcare plan is important thing to consider before choosing it. You have to know if the services offered by insurance company are the ones you really need. Doctors will also come under this category, but you have to consider hospitals, health care centers and other medical providers as well.

Where you are going to get the care, how far away the hospitals, and will you be able to get a specialist without permission are some of the main questions that you will need to know the answers to. Also the emergency care, care for a pregnant woman and the associated charges with childbirth, and other major operations such as having removed your wisdom teeth or having a laser eye treatment are some of the areas you need information on.

After this, try to assess the quality of a specific healthcare plan by asking people, relatives or friends who have been covered by that policy. Are they satisfied? What kind of issues did they have while they benefited from a particular insurance policy? Also consider the government ratings for such plans and see if they are highly rated. If you already have a family doctor whom you trust, ask him/her about their insurance policy and if they are satisfied with it. Visit the healthcare centers and hospitals you will be provided to see how clean they are and how courteous the staff is.

These are only some of the factors that affect the overall advantage you are going to gain under a particular healthcare plan. Other factors include some special services you might want to consider; these services are extra to the cost that you will be paying monthly. You need to study the plan carefully and ponder over it to decide if it will be suitable for you and your family. You may also want to consider if you need a group policy or an individual policy. Sometimes group policies are more beneficial and at other times you may have to pay less in an individual policy. So all these things contribute to your decision of choosing the right healthcare plan.

Do not forget before choosing a healthcare insurance plan you need to consider a few important things to decide which one will be the best for you. There are a lot of plans to choose from. You may also prefer a traditional health insurance services than the ones that have recently gained popularity like the managed care plans. However, you need pay attention to the following tips so that you do not get confused while choosing the right plan for yourself and your family.

By: George Wood

About the Author:

Faced with ever-increasing medical costs, selecting the best health plan for you and your family requires informed decision-making on your part. There are two basic forms of employer sponsored health care plans: HMO & PPO. Both of them have distinct advantages and disadvantages that you must be aware of in order to be able to make the best decision possible.

Families without a health plan receive far less preventative health care and very often, they are not diagnosed with a disease until it reaches later, less treatable stages. Compounding the problem, individuals without a health insurance plan, even after diagnosis, receive less treatment. Studies have shown that approximately 18,000 people die each year from inadequate medical care. Studies also show that individuals without a health care plan are hospitalized 30-50% more often for avoidable conditions. With an average emergency room visit costing $3,300, the investment in a health insurance is clearly worthwhile.

Managed Health Care Benefits

Managed health care plans reduce medical costs to enrollees, allowing them to receive medical care that they might not otherwise be able to afford without a medical plan. Health insurance companies develop contracts with health care providers, promising to provide specific doctors and hospitals with more business through their health insurance. In return, doctors and hospitals agree to provide those services at a lower cost.

HMOs and PPOs are both managed health care plans that reduce the cost of medical treatment by combining contributions of enrollees and gaining the benefits of scale. There are other medical plan mechanisms put into place to reduce medical costs by encouraging such incentives as preventative care, enforcing limitations to coverage and increased beneficiary cost sharing. Each health care plan has advantages and disadvantages that must be considered. There are significant price, service, and flexibility differences between these two types of medical plans. Whichever medical plan you select, you will be able to receive more medical care for far less money than if you had no insurance at all.

HMOs Are An Inexpensive Option

HMOs, or Health Maintenance Organizations, are health plans characterized as cooperatives of doctors, hospitals, and other medical providers. HMOs such as Kaiser Permanente and Aetna are your least expensive and most restrictive health care plan. Under HMO policies, health insurance providers have agreed to provide their services at fixed prices and copayments are generally very low. Since health care providers receive less money for their services, they tend to see as many patients as possible.

There are many rules covering HMO medical plan services, the most important one being the requirement that your physician be a member of the HMO. If you need to see a specialist, you must see your primary physician for a referral. HMOs focus primarily upon preventative health care services such as immunizations and physicals. HMO doctors are paid on a per office visit basis.

PPOs Cost More And Provide More

PPOs, or Preferred Provider Organizations, are health care plans that have contracts with insurance companies to reduce medical expenses to enrollees. PPOs like Blue Cross Blue Shield are more expensive than HMOs, but you have much more freedom about who you see. Referrals are not needed to see a specialist, but your medical plan will require that you pay more to see a doctor that is not a member of the PPO medical plan.

Enrolling in a PPO provides you with more control over your health care plan as well as greater autonomy. Unlike HMOs, emergency room visits are generally covered under PPO medical plans. PPO doctors are paid on a retainer basis, thereby providing them with no incentive to unnecessarily prolong treatment.

One aspect of a managed health care plan is that treatments are reviewed by the insurer. In some cases, this can eliminate unnecessary procedures and overcharging, thereby saving both the insurer and enrollees’ time and money. Whichever coverage you select, you will provide your family with access to the benefits of regular, preventative care and early diagnosis of more serious conditions, increasing the likelihood of recovery. Eat right, stay fit, and enroll in a health care plan!

By: Christine O’kelly

About the Author:

Upon graduation from high school, there is no doubt that you will surely start your tertiary education in college or university. At age twenty, children will not be covered by health insurance of their parents and this can be disastrous if they are merely study and do not do part-time job. Some universities or colleges may have insurance plan offered to students. These insurance may not answer all your needs but you need to be meticulously considered it.

Most of the universities and colleges offer student health insurance plans. These plans should absolutely be at reasonable price, and can give you the school’s nearest hospitals. This option is one that you should definitely think of, if your son or daughter is enrolled in a college far away from home.

College health care scheme may vary from college to college due to laws and some other factors. Many students may think medical services are free of charge, but it is not always true. In term of clinic visit or routine checkups they may be free, however students still require to pay for special kinds of lab tests and other specialties such as x-rays, prescriptions, and a wound treatment. Compensation usually covers some types of service stated in the health care offered at college health centre. When you are referred to see an outside doctor, then the coverage will cover only 70% of your total expense and you are at risk to pay high medical cost.

You may have a problem getting treatment at the campus health centre if you have pre-existing condition. Having a pre-existing condition or illness does not mean to prevent you from obtaining health insurance plan, but you may not be eligible to have your treatment on your pre-existing condition. It can be troublesome if your new symptoms develop from a pre-existing one.

Health schemes are different, so be sure you find out everything about your health insurance plans. Be sure that your health plan stretch to summer break when you or your child do not take classes. This is vital for you because you don’t want to find out that your health care does not cover when you need it most. Some college health insurances may not cover during summer break, while others do.

Be certain that you study your plan thoroughly. Is it an HMO, or can the member utilise any service provider they went? This is critical. You need to know where you can go in case of emergency, and there is nothing worse than discovering that you will have to pay off the bill yourself.

There is no definitive solution to whether you should or should not commit yourself to college health insurance. Be certain that you study your plan thoroughly so that it answer to your need when you need it most. Although there is no free health insurance scheme, surely it will save you a lot of money in time of illness or accident.

For more information, please visit http://www.health-care-central.com

By: Health Care

About the Author:
